A beautifully simple oiled walnut compost bin to collect food scraps for transfer into municipal bins or backyard compost. The salvaged walnut box is handmade in Birmingham, Alabama, and fit with a lightweight stainless steel pan and lid.
Each bin measures 13 inches long x 7.5 inches wide x 6 inches tall, with a 6.1 quart capacity.
The stainless steel interior is easily removable for emptying and washing, either by hand or in the dishwasher.
