Heirloom Grain Pancake Mix

Laurel & Ash Farm has partnered with New York regenerative farmers to produce a delicious and wholesome pancake mix that uses whole organic einkorn and red wheat grains that are 100% stone-ground by local craft mills. This flour mix is then blended with sweet Hudson Valley maple sugar to give the taste of upstate New York in every bite. 

Each package is 16 oz and produces approximately 18 pancakes. Instructions on preparation are included. The pancakes can be made vegan by substituting oat milk & your preferred egg replacement. 

Ingredients: Organic New York State Stone Ground Einkorn, Organic Hard Red Wheat and Organic Soft Wheat Flours, Organic Maple Sugar Pearls, Baking Powder, Sea Salt, Baking Soda.
